General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions govern all contracts between the Loosli Group and its customers for kitchen, joinery and interior construction projects. Individual agreements, quotations and project specifications take precedence over these Terms and Conditions.
Unless otherwise agreed, Swiss law, in particular the provisions governing contracts for work and services, shall apply. Quotations are generally valid for 30 days. Project planning, design studies and other services not expressly included in the quotation may be charged separately.
Prices, payment schedules and delivery dates are agreed individually. Additional work, project changes or delays caused by the customer or third parties may result in adjustments to costs and completion deadlines.
Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable site conditions, including access, climate requirements and construction readiness. Natural variations in materials such as wood, veneer and natural stone are considered normal and do not constitute defects.
Upon completion, the work must be inspected within the agreed period. Any defects must be reported in writing within the specified timeframe. Warranty periods are generally five years for permanently installed products and two years for movable items, subject to applicable Swiss law and the exclusions set out in these Terms.
Customers are responsible for the proper use, maintenance and care of the installed products in accordance with the provided instructions. These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time, and the latest version shall apply.
